Larry is from Schenectady, New York was privileged to attend Mont Pleasant High School and obtain a College Preparatory Technical Electrical Regents diploma.
Larry has been active in many Professional Societies throughout his career, served as President of the New York Society of Professional Engineers in 2015-16. Larry was admitted to Fellow grade at the National Society of Professional Engineers in 2011.
In addition to his many Professional and Civic volunteer roles, Larry has been elected to public office four times and served as the Mayor of Delanson, New York (1977-1981) and the Town Supervisor, Town of Duanesburg, NY (1982-1983)
